Welcome to the network services provided by Chengdu Game River Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). We hereby formulate this Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to inform you of how we collect, store, use, share, transfer, publicly disclose and delete your personal information, as well as the relevant rights you enjoy. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and fully respect your user rights. 1. Personal Information We Collect
When you use the Company's products and services, we will collect personal information proactively provided by you or generated from your use of the services in the following manners. You have the right to choose which personal information to provide to us, but in some cases, if you choose not to provide it, you may not be able to obtain certain services you need, or the problems you encounter may not be responded to or resolved.
1.1 Information You May Proactively Provide
1.1.1 When you use the account registration or login function, we will obtain the basic personal information you provide to us during registration or login, including your mobile phone number and SMS verification code. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to register or log in to use our products or services.
1.1.2 To comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, policies and competent authorities, you are required to complete real-name authentication when starting or continuing to use the Company's game services. With your consent or upon your active provision, we will collect your basic personal information and personal identity information, including your full name and ID card number. Personal identity information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide personal identity information, you may be unable to use our game services or be subject to corresponding restrictions during the use of such services. For the purpose of real-name authentication, you agree that we may provide, inquire about and verify the aforementioned identity information to relevant institutions by ourselves or entrust a third party to do so.
1.1.3 If you are willing to participate in relevant activities or questionnaires organized by the Company, you may need to provide additional basic personal information as well as personal educational and occupational information, including your gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, and game usage behaviors and habits. Such information will help us understand the operation of our products and improve our service design based on feedback. We will obtain your authorization before inviting you to participate in relevant activities. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to participate in the activities, but it will not affect your use of basic service functions.
1.1.4 If you use the information creation, release, sharing and interactive communication functions in our products or services, you may proactively provide relevant graphic, video, sharing and interactive behavior information. We will collect and record the above information, and display your nickname, avatar and the information content you release to provide you with social functions and save historical records. Please note that the information you upload or publish in public areas may be collected and used by others, and such information may include sensitive personal information. To protect your personal and property safety, please provide such information with caution. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you will not be able to use our social functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions in our products or services.
1.1.5 When you interact with our customer service or use other user response functions, including submitting feedback online and communicating with online/ artificial customer service, for the safety of your account and the system, we may require you to provide account information first and match it with the personal information you provided before to verify your user identity. When you use the customer service or other user response functions, we may also need to collect your contact information (the phone number, email address you use to contact us or other contact information you proactively provide to us), as well as your communication records with us and other necessary information associated with your needs. Among them, communication records and contents are sensitive personal information. We collect such information to investigate the facts and help you solve problems. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use our user response mechanism.
1.2 Information We Obtain During Your Use of Services
1.2.1 To maintain the operation of basic business functions and ensure your normal use of our services, we will collect the following information during your use of the Company's services:
To protect the security of your account and prevent the loss of user account data after account changes, we will collect your device information, including the brand, model, version, configuration (including storage memory), device MAC address, OAID, IMSI, IMEI, platform, language and IP address of your mobile device.
To enable you to view your historical records on the client, and for our operational statistical analysis, customer complaint handling and service experience analysis, we will collect your log information, including login logs, item logs, friendship records and other game log information.
When you use the payment function, we will collect your recharge records and consumption records to facilitate your inquiry of transaction records and protect your property safety to the greatest extent. Please note that recharge records and consumption records are sensitive personal information. The collection of the above information is necessary for the realization of the payment function. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to complete the transaction.
1.2.2 When you use our products or services, we will apply to you for system permissions related to personal information. If you do not agree to the authorization, the relevant services may not be available. You can choose whether to authorize us to collect relevant information through the settings of your mobile device. Your enabling of the corresponding permission shall be deemed as your authorization for us to access, obtain, collect and use the personal information involved in the permission. When you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions:
To save game data and realize resource download, we need to obtain your storage space access permission. After you agree to enable the storage space permission, we will read the contents in the storage space or write to the storage space.
When you upload/update your account avatar, use the information creation, release, sharing and interactive communication functions, interact with our customer service or use other user response functions, we need to obtain the photos, media content and files on your device. After you agree to enable the permission to access the photos, media content and files on your device, we will collect the photos, media content and files you provide, which may include sensitive personal information. To protect your personal and property safety, please provide such information with caution. If you refuse to provide such information, you will only be unable to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products or services.
When you access the specific function pages of the product, we will read the contents of your clipboard to determine whether there is relevant passcode information (including invitation codes and redemption codes). We will only collect the passcode when there is the aforementioned passcode information in the clipboard to provide you with the required content, and we will not store other information in your clipboard. Among them, redemption codes are sensitive personal information, so please provide them with caution. If you refuse to provide such information, you will only be unable to use the function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products or services.
1.3 Information About You We Obtain from Third Parties
To facilitate your login and use of the services we provide, we may obtain relevant information shared by you with authorization from third-party partners. We will collect your information reasonably in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and based on the agreement with affiliated parties or third-party partners and the belief that the information they provide is from a legal source, including the following situations:
1.3.1 When you download or purchase the Company's products and services through the Steam platform, WeGame platform, Taptap platform, Epic platform, China Steam platform, Apple App Store and major Android app stores, the information we obtain from such app stores may include your mobile phone number and account information.
1.3.2 If you authorize to log in and use our services with a third-party account, including Weibo, WeChat, QQ, Taptap or various mobile phone brand user accounts, we will obtain the relevant information under the third-party account shared by you with authorization, including avatar, nickname and identity verification information, subject to the content of your authorization, and bind your third-party account with our service account to enable you to log in and use our services directly through the third-party account. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to use the third-party account to log in and use our services. If you want to invite your friends to use our products or services or share with your friends, with your authorization, we will obtain the friend list of your third-party authorized login account to facilitate your interaction with your friends. The friend list is sensitive personal information, so please provide it with caution.
1.4 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorized consent in the following circumstances:
1.4.1 It is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract between you and us;

1.4.12 Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information;

2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information reasonably within the scope covered by this Article and fully respect your right of independent choice as a user. If we use your personal information beyond the scope of the purpose stated at the time of collection, we will inform you and obtain your authorized consent again before use.
2.1 We May Use the Collected Information for the Following Purposes
2.1.1 To provide you with various functions and services within the products;
2.1.2 To conduct identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup when we provide services, so as to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;

3. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To count and analyze the operation effect of the network products and network services we provide, we use a number of automatic data collection tools, currently including Cookies and Web beacons. With the help of these technologies, we can identify your product usage and prevent fraud. We promise not to use the above technologies for any purposes other than those stated in this Policy. 4. How We Store Personal Information
In accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and following the principle of minimizing the retention period of personal information, we will store your personal information reasonably.
4.1 Storage Methods and Periods
We will store your information through AES and RSA encryption, including local storage (such as data caching by using the APP), databases and server logs.
We will keep your personal information for the entire duration of your use of the Company's services. If you cancel your account or the Company's products are discontinued, we will keep the network logs for 3 years from the date of cancellation or discontinuation. For the retention period of other data, we promise it is the shortest period necessary for the provision of services. After the expiration of the above period, we will delete or de-identify your relevant information.
4.2 Storage Regions
All your personal information will be stored on the cloud server managed by Game River and operated by Amazon Singapore. At present, the Company has no situation of providing personal information overseas. If the transfer of personal information overseas is involved in the future, the Company will go through the relevant procedures in accordance with national laws and regulations, clearly inform you of the purpose of the personal information outbound transfer, the recipient, security protection measures and other circumstances, and obtain your separate consent.
5. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and adopt AES and RSA technologies to ensure the security of your personal information.
5.1 We Have Adopted Industry-Standard Security Measures to Protect the Personal Information You Provide and Prevent Unauthorized Access, Public Disclosure, Use, Modification, Damage or Loss of Data
We use the following various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information:
5.1.1 We enable the SSL protocol to provide encryption protection when exchanging data (such as credit card information) between your browser/ app and the server;
5.1.2 We adopt encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and provide browsing services through HTTPS and other means to ensure the security of your data during transmission;

5.4 The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and communication methods with other users such as email, instant messaging and social software cannot be guaranteed to be fully encrypted. We recommend that you use complex passwords or change your account password regularly when using such tools, and pay attention to protecting the security of your personal information.
5.5 We will make every effort to ensure the security of the information you send to us. 7.2 You Have the Right to Correct Your Personal Information
You can log in to your personal account through our products or services and correct the basic personal information in your account at any time, including the mobile phone number bound to our products or services. The operation path is: Settings > User Center > Mobile Phone Binding > Change Mobile Phone Number, or Game Login Interface > Account > User Center > Mobile Phone Binding > Change Mobile Phone Number.
If you cannot correct your personal information through the aforementioned method, you can correct your account information under the channel through the account entrance of the channel party. 7.3 You Have the Right to Delete Your Personal Information

When you delete information from our services, we may not delete the corresponding information in the backup system immediately, but will delete such information when the backup is updated.

We will not charge fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but we reserve the right to charge a certain cost fee for repeated and excessive requests beyond a reasonable limit. We regret that we may reject frivolous repeated requests, requests that require excessive technical means, pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others or are unrealistic.
7.9 Special Circumstances
7.9.1 It is related to the Company's performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

7.9.3 It is directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
7.9.4 It is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and the execution of judgments;

8. Tips for Minors Using the Services
The Company attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Minors under the age of 18 shall not use our services without the consent of their legal guardians. If you are the legal guardian of a minor under the age of 18, you shall supervise and control the minor's use of our services, and the minor's creation of an account shall be subject to your prior consent.
